Music is a vital part of our worship,
and we strive to provide a music program with vibrant offerings for all ages.
Our music is rooted in the Anglican tradition, and we appreciate and include
music from diverse styles, including gospel, Taizé, and bluegrass.
Music for the 10:30 service is led by
the Parish Choir, our children’s St. Francis Choir, and our Handbell Choir.
Music for our 5 p.m. service is led by
piano and volunteer singers and instrumentalists.
The richness of our musical offerings
is regularly augmented with singers and musicians whose talents range from jazz
to classical. We also enjoy the occasional offerings of the Blue Ridge Brass and
the Washington and Lee University Joyful Noise Gospel Choir.
